Our Oolong Tea
Oolung Tea has a superb diversity of flavours which come from the unique production process. The leaves are dried in the sun which causes them to twist and curl. This withering effect creates oxidation and this ranges between 8% and 85%. The resulting flavour is dependent on the amount of oxidation.
The name Oolong Tea means "Black Dragon" which is alluded to the boldness and drama displayed with a cup of tea using these leaves. The flavours range from sweet and fruity to smoky and woody.
Oolong Tea is one of the most expensive and highest quality tea you can buy and here at English Bruw we have taken the time to select what we consider a truly outstanding range for you to buy.
Our two favourite Ooolomg teas are the Dragon Eye Oolomg and the Blackberry Jasmine Oolong tea.
